WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer free shipping on all domestic exchanges and returns for store credit! 🤍

Domestic returns for a refund that utilize our USPS return shipping label will incur a $10 return fee. Returns with damaged packaging & tags are subject to a $2.50 re-stocking fee.

Returns & Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.

All items sent back must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached and in the original packaging. 

Return Policy Based on Discount Percentage:

0-15% Discount: Eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

16-20% Discount: Eligible for store credit or exchange only. No refunds.

Over 20% Discount: All sales are final. Items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Products ending in $.99 are FINAL SALE.

Custom Orders: FINAL SALE. No REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES.

We are NOT responsible for shipping refunds due to delayed shipping out of our control.

*All returns sent back in a respectful manner in the original packaging will be refunded to the same form of payment in which you paid, within 5- 7 business days of receiving your return package. Any shipping costs paid by us (including free shipping & return shipping) + $2.50 per item (restocking fee at our discretion) will be deducted from your final refund. Final Sale items or items with discounts of more than 15% are NOT eligible for a refund. *Most fees will be waived for exchanges or store credit. Please call or text 661-625-2553 with any questions or help with exchanges.

*Any merchandise returned disrespectfully, ie; crumpled up merchandise, dirty or soiled merchandise, ripped and torn metallic bags, returns sent with malice, will be automatically rejected.

We will NEVER ask for payment information over the phone! This is a violation of our security policy. You will be emailed a link to pay directly through Shopify. ALL emails from Guilty Love Club will come from employeename@guiltyloveclub.com

International Returns - Refunds or Store Credit* - Unfortunately, our online return application will not work for International Customers. If you are outside of the US, you will be responsible for the return of your order. Please see our return address at the bottom of this page. 
Domestic Returns - Refunds or Store Credit* - Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your shipment. If we do not receive your items back in our warehouse within 10 days of the date we sent you a label, you will automatically be issued a store credit. Items eligible for return must be in new & sellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and will not receive refund for original shipping unless fault lies with the Guilty Love Club and specified at the time of return. (The shipping label purchased for original order was a service already executed.) If your return does not provide return preference, you will automatically be given store credit.
Damaged Merchandise: Did you receive damaged goods?! You MUST email or text us photos of the damage within 3 days of receiving your package. We stand behind our products. Upon receiving photos of the damages, we will determine if the product needs to be sent back and will provide a free shipping label and return packaging.  It is up to a GUILTY LOVE CLUB member to assess the damage. Some damages will not be required to be returned. 
*E X C L U S I O N S:
Due to Health Code Regulations & Guidelines from The Center for Disease Control, we are unable to handle any type of soiled merchandise. Should you need to return something that has been worn, please thoroughly wash the item according to our washing instructions. Your return request will be rejected if any of the following is detected: |Soiled or Worn Pant Leg Bottoms | Deodorant Stains | Foreign Odors | Soiled Crotch Areas | Altered or Cut Merchandise | Perfume Smells or Scents from being Worn, Laundered, or Dry-cleaned | Pet Hair | Dirty Bottoms | |Pilled Fabric on Inner Thighs | Mistreated Merchandise | Deliberate Damage | Malicious Intent |
If your return request is denied due to a soiled item and you want the item back, there is a MANDATORY $10 return fee that must be paid before we will ship your item back. Otherwise your item will be discarded.
